Peover Hall Visitor Info
The Hall and gardens are open on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from May to the end of August annually*. Guided Tours around the Hall begin at 2.30 pm or 3.30 pm if you wish to visit the church first (approx 45 mins per tour).
The gardens are open from 2pm – 4.30pm where visitors can wander around ‘garden rooms’ filled with clipped box, lily ponds, Romanesque loggia, warm brick walls, unusual doors, secret passageways, beautiful topiary work and formal, herb and walled gardens.
Don’t miss out the stunning Grade I listed Carolean stables built in 1654 (open on tour days from 2pm – 4.30pm) with its richly carved stalls and original Tuscan columns and strap work and also the Mainwaring Chapels in the parish church of St. Lawrence which is open on tour days from 2pm – 4pm both within the grounds of the Hall. You may wish to take the opportunity to make a donation to the church during your visit.
Finish off your visit with a afternoon tea and refreshments at The Park House Tea Rooms which are open on tour days between 2.00pm and 5pm.
* Please note that Group Tours can be arranged throughout the year by appointment only (minimum 10 people per tour).*

Admission Fee for Stables and Gardens only: Adult £4 (accompanied children under 16yrs free of charge)
HHA Members can visit free of charge on proof of membership – so, don’t forget to bring your membership card!
